By accessing or using PipelineCalc Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PipelineCalc Pro is a web-based engineering calculation platform that provides pipeline calculators, physics formulas, unit conversions, and project management tools. Calculations are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems; (c) upload malicious content; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of PipelineCalc Pro are owned by us. Your project data remains yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Engineering calculations are for reference only and should be verified by qualified professionals before use in critical applications. We are not liable for decisions made based on calculations provided by the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipelineCalc Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue.

8. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are at our discretion. Free tier features may change without notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting), and as required by law.

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. You may request a full data export by contacting support.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
